A pair of transients were arrested in around 6 p.m. Friday in Petaluma after one allegedly tried to open a bank account at a local Wells Fargo using someone else’s personal information.
That suspect, 27-year-old Ryan Anthony Cardenas, was found to be carrying 14 grams of meth and stolen checks that had been altered, a Petaluma Police Department press release states.
