An American Canyon man was arrested Tuesday during a crackdown on firearms possession run by the California Department of Justice’s Bureau of Firearms with assistance from Napa Police, Napa County Sheriff’s Office and the Napa County District Attorney’s Office.
Arrested was Ricardo Venegas, 31. Agents and investigators allegedly located two semi automatic handguns, 2,800 rounds of assorted ammunition and 15 firearm magazines during a search at Venegas’ home on Hartford Court.
