A man and woman were arrested Friday in connection with home burglaries in Fountain Valley and Newport Beach after witnesses reported suspicious activity, police reported.
At about 11:30 a.m. residents in the 8500 block of Trinity River Circle in Fountain Valley called police to report suspicious activity. Fountain Valley police Lt. Matt Sheppard said responding officers confirmed a home burglary had just taken place at a home on Trinity River Circle.
“After FVPD units arrived on scene they broadcast the suspect vehicle description county-wide,” Sheppard said in a released statement.
