A Tiburon man who displayed “erratic behavior” during an arrest for suspected a DUI Saturday night damaged a California Highway Patrol car while handcuffed and seat belted in the back of the vehicle.
At 7:35 p.m. Marin County Sheriff Deputies pulled over William David Hynes, 44, on Paradise Drive after a community member reported a driver possibly under the influence. Officers handcuffed Hynes to detain him and the California Highway Patrol responded to assist.
