Stolen Jewelry Uncovered After Burglary Suspects Apprehended

Two burglary suspects were apprehended Thursday afternoon after a San Anselmo resident confronted two women in the master bedroom of his home on 100 Oak Avenue.  The suspects, who appeared to be ransacking dresser drawers and going through jewelry, fled when the resident approached them.

30-year-old Rohnda Smith, of Richmond and 40-year-old Ielia Pryor, of San Francisco, were arrested and booked into Marin County Jail in lieu of $50,000. They are facing charges including burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime.
