A woman was grabbed by an unknown suspect while she walking on Monday night around 8:50 p.m.
According to a Cal Poly Police press release, a female victim who was walking eastbound on North Perimeter Road told officers she was grabbed from behind by an unknown suspect.
She told officers the assailant pulled her into some nearby bushes.
According to the victim, the suspect did not say anything to her.
The victim struggled with the suspect and managed to escape from him.
The suspect is described as a white male, college?aged, around 5’10” – 6’tall. He was wearing grey hoodie.
Police say the suspect was last seen running away from the scene.
Police are asking anyone with information about the suspect or this incident to contact the University Police Department.
