A man was arrested on a BART train Wednesday morning after a scuffle with a fellow passenger over a seat ended with another passenger zapping him with a stun gun, police said.
Officers say that a 30-year-old man, identified as Zachary McCabe, had been taking up two seats on the train.
When a 62-year-old man on the train asked him to move, McCabe allegedly became aggressive with him. A female passenger nearby intervened, using a stun gun to subdue the suspect, Sandoval said.
