A place like church is where everyone should feel safe and secure. That will not be the case for two young children anymore, who were at a chapel attending their church on a Sunday.
A man has been accused for molesting two children at Grace Chapel Church, which is located on the campus of Desert Christian School on the 44600 Block of 15th Street in Lancaster, CA.
According to the report, on August 5, the detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department started investigating a child molestation crime. At first, the molestation was linked to only one female victim. Later on in the investigation, detectives were able to identify another victim that that was molested by the same suspect. Both of the victims knew the suspect because of the church, where both of the incidents occurred.

On Wednesday, August 13, detectives found and arrested Jonathan Macy, 31, for the alleged molestation on two children at the Grace Chapel Church.
Macy is currently being held on a $1.2 million bail.
There is speculation that the suspect could have been in more molesting incidents, as he previously was a teacher at St. Mary’s School in Palmdale, CA. School officials at both facilities have been cooperating with detectives during this whole investigation.
