INGLEWOOD, CA—Was he in a hurry to dig his way out of a little traffic stop that turned into a “hole” bunch of charges?

Fabian Garcia, 32, was stopped by Inglewood Police Department (IPD) on Sunday, May 5 at approximately 5:45 p.m. at the corner of Fairview Boulevard and Buckler Street in Inglewood.

IPD spokespersons did not comment on what prompted police to stop Garcia.

The Inglewood resident and self-professed gardener was charged with a plethora of garden variety charges: loud sounds outside a vehicle, failure to stop at a red light, driving at unsafe speeds, broken taillamps, stop requirements, no vehicle registration, driving with a suspended license, and the trump charge: evading a peace officer.

The total bail came to $25,635. Of the 10 total charges, “evading [a] peace officer” was $25,000, and the other nine charges totaled $635.
